How do I check on an order?
Most orders ship within 24 hours after you've placed them
(excluding Saturday and Sunday).You will be e-mailed a confirmation of
your order within 2 working days. If you need to check on the status
of your order you may call 800-252-0425 Monday - Friday between 10.00AM and 7:00PM EST.
(Outside the USA call 352-373-2589) or fax 352-373-2589.
Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your order before discarding the packaging materials. If you are displeased with an item for any reason you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, exchange or credit. Important: Please contact our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise if you intend to return any items.
We will assign a return authorization number. Please package securely using original packing material and include a note with name, address, phone number, and instructions for refund or exchange. For your protection prepay and insure all returns. * Note: Customers outside the U.S.A., please call, email or fax us for instructions regarding returns.

Damaged Shipments
We carefully package all items in heavy duty shipping tubes or reinforced cardboard envelopes. If you receive a package that is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery or call our customer service department immediately for assistance in resolving the problem.
Payment Options
Credit Cards: We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa and JCB.
You can safely enter your credit card information during the checkout procedure.
Your credit card information is encrypted using the latest encryption technology.
We guarantee that each purchase you make is safe. If you prefer not to send that
information over the internet, you should check the pay by check method during checkout.
You may then call, fax or email your credit card information to the address below. Please read the notes
in the next section for more details when choosing not to send credit card information
over the internet.
Personal/Company Checks/Money Orders: In our checkout procedure, you may check the option to pay
by check or money order. Your order will be placed on hold for 10 days. Please send your payment
along with the your name, address, order number, order date and any other pertinent order

You can safely enter your credit card information during the checkout procedure.

We guarantee that each purchase you make is safe. All your ordering information -- including your name,
address, and credit card number -- is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing
information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. To ensure that your information
is even more secure, once we receive your credit card information, we store it on a server that
isn't accessible from the Internet. If fraudulent charges are ever made,
you will not have to pay for them.
In general, under federal law, you will not be liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In
the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges, remember to first notify your credit
card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. If, for whatever reason,
you are held responsible for this amount, barnesandnoble.com will cover the entire liability for
you, up to $50, as long as the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of
your own from purchases made from Ricksmovie.com while using our secure server.
If you prefer not to send that information over the internet, you may check
the pay by alternate method during checkout.
Order by Fax or Phone
We gladly accept orders via phone or fax. Simply place the items you want in your Shopping
Cart and proceed to Checkout. On our Check Out Form, instead of entering your credit card, select
Pay by Alternate method. Then call us at 1-800-252-0425 Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm, EST. If you would like to fax your payment information to us, our fax number is

Cancelling an Order
If you want to cancel and order, please call or email us as soon as possible,
preferably within 24 hours. Be sure to include your name, email address, order confirmation number, if available,
and the product you want to cancel (including title, and any other information you have). If you want
to change the quantity of an item, please tell us. We cannot cancel an order once
it has entered the shipping process.
Volume Ordering
Galleries and other poster resellers may qualify for wholesale pricing on many of the posters we offer. For a copy of our wholesale guidelines
and pricing, e-mail us at dealers@ricksmovie.com or fax to (352) 373-2589. Be sure to include your resale ID number or other documentation of your
business status. Private collectors purchasing 50 or more of a given poster may also qualify for discounts. To find out if a poster is available for
volume pricing, just email or fax us for a response within 24hours.
