Placing an Order
Adding an item to Shopping Cart:
1. Once you have found an item in your search list, you may click on the
magnifying glass icon to the left of the title to take you to the detail
page. Here your will find a picture of the item (if illustration is available)
and additional details.
2. From the detail page your are offered two options - Return to List
or Add to Basket. Clicking on Return will take you back to your
search list without adding the item to your cart. Clicking on Add
will add the item to your cart and take you to a confirmation screen.
3. From the confirmation screen you may - 1.) Proceed to checkout if
you are finished ordering, 2.) Hit your browser’s Back button twice
to return to your previous list and continue shopping or 3.) Create a
new search from the search bar and continue shopping.
Quick Additions to Shopping Cart
To order directly from the list without reviewing the image and detail
screen, you may click the shopping cart icon to the far left of the item
to add it to the cart.
Again, this will take you to the confirmation screen where you will have
the option of continuing shopping or checking out.
While this method might save a few mouse clicks, we urge you to check the
image to confirm it is the style you have in mind.
Removing or Changing Items in Your Cart
1. Each time you add an item to your cart, you are taken to a confirmation
screen which states, Your changes have been made and also offers several
options including, View Cart.
2. Click the View Cart icon and the contents of your cart will be displayed.
3. To remove an item, click the Remove button to the left of the item.
4. To change the quantity ordered, click on the appropriate quantity box and
type in the desired number. Then click OK.
Viewing or Changing the Contents of Your Cart from Any List
1. To view or change the contents of your cart while you are browsing a
search list, just click on the View Cart icon located in the upper right
and bottom of each page.
Checkout - Purchasing the Items in Your Cart
1. After adding all the items you want to buy, you may proceed to Checkout
by clicking on the Cash Register icon. The Checkout icon is found at the
bottom of the confirmation screen which appears each time to add to or change
the contents in your cart, as well as the bottom of each list screen.
2. Clicking on the Checkout icon will take you through the 3 Step checkout
process - (a.) Address information, (b.) Contact and Billing information,
and (c.) Shipping information.
3. At the third screen - Shipping Information - you will see your order
total including shipping and sales tax (if FL resident). You will also be
given a recap of the Address and Billing information. Here too you can
upgrade or change your shipping method.
4. After reviewing and approving the Shipping and Billing recap, click
Finish which will send your order and take you to a final recap screen,
showing all of the items ordered, total charges, and shipping information.
This is a good place to print a copy of your order for your records.
How do I check on an order?
Most orders ship within 24 hours after you've placed them
(excluding Saturday and Sunday).You will be e-mailed a confirmation of
your order within 2 working days. If you need to check on the status
of your order you may call 800-252-0425 between 10.00AM and 10:00PM EST.

Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your order before discarding the packaging materials. If you are displeased with an item for any reason you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, exchange or credit. Important: Please contact our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise if you intend to return any items.
We will assign a return authorization number. Please package securely using original packing material and include a note with name, address, phone number, and instructions for refund or exchange. Damaged Shipments
We carefully package all items in heavy duty shipping tubes or reinforced cardboard envelopes. If you receive a package that is obviously damaged, please refuse delivery or call our customer service department immediately for assistance in resolving the problem.
Payment Options
Credit Cards: We accept American Express, MasterCard, Discover, Visa and JCB.
You can safely enter your credit card information during the checkout procedure.
Your credit card information is encrypted using the latest encryption technology.
We guarantee that each purchase you make is safe. If you prefer not to send that
information over the internet, you should check the pay by check method during checkout.
You may then call, fax or email your credit card information to the address below. Please read the notes
in the next section for more details when choosing not to send credit card information

Personal/Company Checks/Money Orders: In our checkout procedure, you may check the option to pay
by check or money order. Your order will be placed on hold for 10 days. Please send your payment
along with the your name, address, order number, order date and any other pertinent order

Order by Fax or Phone
We gladly accept orders via phone or fax. Simply place the items you want in your Shopping
Cart and proceed to Checkout. On our Check Out Form, instead of entering your credit card, select
Pay by Alternate method. Then call us at 1-800-252-0425 Monday-Friday, 10am-10pm, Saturday
Noon to 7 PM,EST. If you would like to fax your payment information to us, our fax number is

Cancelling an Order
If you want to cancel and order, please call or email us as soon as possible,
preferably within 24 hours. Be sure to include your name, email address, order confirmation number, if available,
and the product you want to cancel (including title, and any other information you have). If you want
to change the quantity of an item, please tell us. We cannot cancel an order once
it has entered the shipping process.
Volume Ordering
Galleries and other poster resellers may qualify for wholesale pricing on many of the posters we offer. For a copy of our wholesale guidelines

business status. Private collectors purchasing 50 or more of a given poster may also qualify for discounts. To find out if a poster is available for
